You can request a cancellation for a ‘Pottery Painting Session’ and ‘Special Ticketed Events’ in your my account area. If you have booked a ‘Private Party Event’ or ‘Private Corporate Event’  please contact us.

• Special ticketed events are non-refundable and not transferable.
• Large table bookings can be rearranged to a future date providing notice is received at least 24 hours of the booking.
• Private event bookings such as parties, must pay the room hire fee to reserve the date required. This deposit is non-refundable, but if you need to rearrange the booking we would need at least 24 hours’ notice to do this without you losing your deposit.
